My Child Transformed

So, thanks to a little vaseline leftover in her hair (it's now gone everyone), and the fact that she poked the lenses out of her sunglasses, I think Paige pulled the nerdy look off pretty good. :) She and Megan were playing dress-ups and Megan ran into my room saying, "Mom! You've got to see what Paige did!" She looked like a completely different girl. I'm posting cute pictures of Megan & Paige also, so these silly pictures I've posted recently don't burn into your memory for too long.

Santa Beards Gone Wrong

First of all, if you're wondering why I haven't been blogging it's because my camera keeps taking super dark pictures. I had to lighten both of these and they still are really dark. This was an idea that sounded really funny to me when I read it on the internet, but never try it if you have a 2 year old! :) So, you spread vaseline around your child's mouth and then have them dip their face in a plate of cotton balls. Then you're supposed to see how cute they look with a "Santa Beard". Paige kept saying "yucky" as I tried to spread it on, so I felt bad from the first. Then the disaster happened when I got a phone call. I had put the lid back on the vaseline before I went to get the phone, but Paige sneakily got back into it and spread vaseline all over her hair. I have now washed her hair 3 times since, and have yet to get all of the greasiness out. What a bad idea I had!!
